Mr. Alfred Amartei-Kwei is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) and holds an MPhil degree in Leadership from the same University.He is currently a PhD candidate in the Open University of Tanzania.

Prior to joining the University, Mr. Alfred Amartei-Kwei taught at one of the basic schools of the Ghana Education Service (GES) and Queensland International School (QIS). Among the range of courses taught over the years, Mr. Amartei-Kwei teaches courses such as Entrepreneurship Development, Principles of Leadership, Corporate Governance and SME Management. Mr. Alfred Amartei-Kwei is a member of the Abokobi, Oyarifa and Teiman Water and Sanitation Board.
