Alex Quaicoe is a lecturer at the UPSA Marketing Department. He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana, He had his first degree in Economics and Geography & Resource Development from the same university.

Alex is pursuing his doctoral degree at the Accra Institute of Technology (AIT). Alex Quaicoe started his carrier in the advertising industry and changed career course to the shipping and marine industry in the commercial and marketing area. His interest in academia developed as an Adjunct lecturer at UPSA in 2009. He has taught marketing and management based courses. Alex Quaicoe have extensive knowledge in shipping and logistics and consults for a number of shipping companies in the area of marketing and shipping specific research.
