Mr. Munkaila Abdulai is a Lecturer at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Studies, UPSA. He holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Leadership and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), all from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). Mr. Abdulai is currently a PhD Candidate with Capella University, USA, where he is studying Strategy and Innovation. He is the Coordinator of MBA Total Quality Management at the School of Graduate Studies.

Mr. Abdulai served in other capacities before joining the University, among which are: Senior Administrative roles, Accountant and Auditor. He has a passion for advocacy and the desire to affect lives of others, and as a result he is the current  president of both the Sustainable Leadership and Innovation Centre (SLIC) and the Consumer Advocacy Centre (CAC), Ghana, an Affiliate of the Consumers International that champion the issues of consumerism in the Africa sub-region. (http://www.consumersinternational.org/). Sharing ideas, creative thinking and service to mankind through the impartation of knowledge has been his ultimate goals in life. His research areas are innovation, strategy, leadership and quality management. Currently, he teaches courses such as Strategic Leadership, Quality Management, Total Quality Management and Global Dimensions of Business.
