Press Release: UPSA to adopt La Nkwatanang Basic School

The University of Professional Studies will launch the UPSA Community Academic Project at La Nkwatanang M/A Basic School at Madina, on Monday 10th February, 2020 at 10 a.m.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof Okoe Amartey, will use the occasion to formally adopt the School as part of the 55th Anniversary celebrations. He will also roll out a number of initiatives aimed at improving the academic performance of pupils at La Nkwatanang cluster of schools.

The ceremony forms part of the Vice-Chancellor’s “Investing in our Community” initiative which saw the University organize free vacation classes last year, for senior high school students within the community in order to improve upon their academic performance.

All invited guests are expected to be seated at 9: 30 a.m. prompt.
