Dear Students and Graduands,
Please be advised that vehicles will not be allowed on the university campus during the various sessions of the 18th congregation. We encourage all students, graduands, parents, guardians, and guests to utilise the shuttle bus service provided by the University to ensure orderly and timely arrival on campus.
In this regard, the transportation arrangements are as follows:
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICES TO CAMPUS:
- Departure Location: ATTRACO
- First Shuttle Departures: 7:45AM
- Shuttle Frequency: Every 15 minutes
- Last Shuttle Departure: 8:45AM
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICES AFTER THE CONGREGATION TO ATTRACO
- First Shuttle Departure: 1 :30PM
- Shuttle Frequency: Every 15 minutes
- Last Shuttle Departure at 4PM
KINDLY NOTE:
Graduands, parents, guardians, or guests will NOT be allowed into the Auditorium after 9:30 AM after the procession.
Parties on lawns and other open spaces on campus after the congregation ceremonies are prohibited.
