This comes to remind all prospective final year students of the 2024/2025 academic year (i.e. the current Level 300 Undergraduate and First Year Diploma students) that the mode and arrangement for their internship programme for the long vacation are as follows:
- Mode of Internship: the internship programme comprises an In-Person (field) Internship and an Internship Simulation Workshop.
- Schedule for Level 300 Undergraduate Students Internship:
- In-Person (field) Internship starts on Monday, 24th June, 2024 and is expected to end on Friday, 2nd August, 2024.
- Internship Simulation Workshop to be delivered online (LMS) will begin on Monday, 5th August, 2024 and end on Friday, 23rd August, 2024.
- Schedule for First-Year Diploma Students Internship:
The First Year Diploma Students will be involved in the Internship Simulation Workshop only due to the short nature of their holiday i.e. from Monday, 9th September to Friday, 20th September, 2024.
- Deadline for Submission of Internship Report:
All the internship reports must be submitted to the University’s LMS by the following deadlines:
- Level 300 Undergraduate Students must submit a composite internship report (Field Internship and Simulation Workshop) by Friday, 20th September, 2024.
- First Year Diploma Students must submit a report on the Internship Simulation Workshop only by Friday, 4th October, 2024.
The format for submission of the internship report will be available on the LMS when the Internship Simulation Workshop begins.
Please note that the internship programme must be passed and is a requirement for graduation.
