Matriculation Ceremonies to formally admit them into the University will be held in the Kofi Ohene
Konadu Auditorium on Monday, 16th March, 2026 as follows:

A compulsory Matriculation Thanksgiving Service will also be on Sunday, 22nd March, 2026 at 6.30 a.m. at the same venue.
All students enrolling at UPSA for the first time must participate in the matriculation ceremony and sign the Matriculation Oath. Any undergraduate, diploma, or postgraduate student (January intake) who does not complete the matriculation process will not be recognised as a student of the University.
Fresh students are required to affirm the matriculation oath online. To do this, they should follow the link provided on their USIS student portal. After completing the online affirmation, students must print out the proof of affirmation slip and sign it for submission to their respective Deans of Faculty/School following the matriculation ceremony. Additionally, fresh students will take the Matriculation Oath during the ceremony.
The prescribed attire for the ceremony is formal dress i.e. suit/jacket with preferably UPSA necktie or UPSA scarf in the case of ladies.
Note that no well-wishers, including parents, are invited to this ceremony.
