NOTICE
MATRICULATION CEREMONY FOR SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES AND UNDERGRADUATE (TOP-UP & POST FIRST DEGREE BACHELOR OF LAWS) STUDENTS -2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
This is to inform all fresh students in the School of Graduate Studies (including PhD, Distance Learning, and MSc. LOD Chirano & Bibiani Cohort), as well as Undergraduate (Top-up and Post First Degree LLB) students of UPSA that a Matriculation Ceremony will take place as follows:
Date: Friday, 7th November, 2025
Venue: Kofi Ohene Konadu Auditorium (KOKA)
Time: 4.00 pm prompt
All Fresh Students are to be seated by 3.30 p.m.
Please note that it is mandatory for every student who enrols in UPSA for the first time to go through the rites of Matriculation and sign the Matriculation Oath. Any Fresh student who does not attend the matriculation ceremony will have their admission revoked.
Fresh students are required to affirm the matriculation oath online by following the link provided on their USIS student portal. After affirming the oath, students must print a proof of affirmation slip, sign it, and submit it to the Deans of the School/Faculty following the Matriculation Ceremony.
Fresh students will also take the Matriculation Oath during the ceremony.
The prescribed attire for the ceremony is formal dress i.e. a suit or jacket.
