NOTICE
INTERNSHIP FOR FINAL-YEAR STUDENTS-2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR
This comes to remind all prospective final year students of the 2025/2026 academic year (i.e. the
current Level 300 Undergraduate and First Year Diploma students) that the arrangement for their
internship programme for the long vacation is as follows:
1. Mode of Internship: The internship programme will be conducted entirely in-person i.e. field-based.
2. Period for Level 300 Undergraduate Students’ Internship: The Undergraduate Level 300 students are expected to start their in-person (field-based) internship on Monday, 30th June, 2025, and conclude on Friday, 22nd August, 2025 (8 weeks).
3. Period for First-Year Diploma Students’ Internship: The First-Year Diploma Students will also be engaged in their in-person (field-based) internship programme from Monday, 1st September to Friday, 26th September 2025 (4 weeks).
4. Deadline for Submission of Internship Report: All the internship reports must be submitted through the University’s LMS by the following deadlines:
• Level 300 Undergraduate Students- Friday, 19th September, 2025.
• First-Year Diploma Students – Friday, 17th October, 2024.
The format for submission of the internship report will be made available on the LMS for download.
Please note that the completion of the intership programme with a report duly submitted is mandatory and must be passed to graduate.
