The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), announces the following important information for the attention of the 2025 WASSCE applicants to its undergraduate and diploma programmes.
- Existing Applicants
All WASSCE candidates who applied for admission should log in to the UPSA admission portal (https://upsasip.com/adm-area) to verify the accuracy of their application by ensuring that details such as Full Name, Date of Birth, WASSCE Index Number, and Exam Month and Year are correctly entered.
Qualified applicants offered admission should look forward to receiving an SMS notification.
Applicants who may not receive any SMS notification should use their OSN (e-voucher 15-digit alphanumeric number) to check their admission status by following these steps:
- Log on to https://upsasip.com/adm-area
- Enter your OSN
- Click on the link to download your admission letter
- Prospective Applicants (Applicants Yet to Apply)
Meanwhile, applications for admission to undergraduate and diploma programmes of the University for the 2025/2026 academic year are still open. Interested applicants may purchase the Online Serial Number (e-voucher) at the designated sales points (i.e. Access Bank, Ecobank, Post Office) or use USSD code *887*9# on all mobile networks to apply for admission.
- Conversion of Degree Application to Diploma
Applicants who obtained a grade of D7 in any core subject should return to step 3 of their online application form to change the chosen degree programme to the desired diploma programme.
The deadline for application submission and closure of the application portal is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, 12th December, 2025.
