NOTICE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR END OF FIRST SEMESTER- 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR EXAMINATION
All Undergraduate Levels 300 and 400 and Postgraduate Second Year Students are to take note of the following important information for the End of First Semester Examination-2024/2025 Academic Year:
• The end-of-first semester examinations will start from Friday, 29th November to Sunday, 22nd December, 2024. Consequently, all students must visit the University’s website for the final examination timetable.
• All examinations will be held in person (face-to-face). Please note that the Undergraduate Weekend and Evening Sessions students will sit their examinations together while the Regular Session students will have separate sittings.
• All students are required to be seated 30 minutes before the start of each paper. No lateness to the examination hall will be entertained.
• The first-semester course registration with penalty deadline has been extended to Thursday,
28th November, 2024, after which the registration portal will be closed. No course registration will be entertained after this deadline. Students are advised to address all outstanding course registration issues before the deadline elapses.
• The University policy of “No Students ID Card, No Examination” will be strictly enforced. Accordingly, any student who does not have a student’s ID card should immediately visit the Data Centre (AB.9) to acquire one.
• All students must comply with all rules and regulations governing the University examinations which will be circulated on the University website and all students’ social media group platforms.
