HOSTEL ROOM RESERVATION NOTICE
FOR ALL LEVEL 100 STUDENTS – 2ND SEMESTER OF THE 2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR – MAINTAINING 1ST SEMESTER ROOM ALLOCATIONS
Notice is hereby given that Level 100 Students who are currently residing in the hostels for their 1st semester and are interested in staying for their 2nd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year
will be allowed to maintain their rooms at the various hostels.
They are to take note of the following:
1. There will be no booking for the 2nd semester. Interested students will maintain their current
rooms for the 2nd Semester stay. This means you cannot change your room or hostel.
However, Hostel Management reserves the right to change your room if/when the need
arises.
2. The Hostel fees remain the same as follows:

3. Payment deadline is Friday, 16th May, 2025. Students are to forward a photo/scanned evidence of payment (disbursed sheet) via [email protected]. Indicate the hostel and room number on the disbursed sheet. Any student who fails to pay and submit the evidence of payment by the deadline above, forfeits his /her bed.
4. No student should pay the hostel fees to any staff or student leader. All payments should be made at the bank into the University’s account.
5. Check-in at the hostels is Sunday, 25th May, 2025 from 12 noon. Submit your disbursed sheet for registration at the Porters’ Lodge on reporting day.
6. Registration deadline at the Hostels is Monday, 2nd June, 2025 after which all beds not registered for will be allocated to other students in need of accommodation.
Kindly note that, you cannot dwell in a room until you have registered at the Porters’ Lodge.
7. You will not be permitted to leave your belongings in the room till the next semester. Hostel Management will not be held responsible for the loss of your items.
