GRASAG-UPSA swears in new leaders for the 2024/2025 academic year

The UPSA Chapter of the Graduate Students Association of Ghana (GRASAG-UPSA) has sworn in newly-elected leaders to steer the affairs of the Association for the next academic year.

At the helm of the Association’s leadership is Winfred Obimpeh Nartey as president.

The rest of the new GRASAG-UPSA leaders are Kwesi Eninfi Ofori (Vice President), Ebenezer Gabson Gakpo (General Secretary), Erica Abena Ofori-Atta (Financial Controller), Roland Quaye (Organising Secretary), and Elizabeth Amoako Boateng (Women’s Commissioner).

He acknowledged the challenges and achievements of his tenure, encouraging his successor to work in the interest of all graduate students.

The newly-elected GRASAG President, Winfred Obimpeh Nartey, expressed his deep gratitude to the student community for the trust reposed in him and his executives.

He pledged their commitment to serving the association diligently, promising “proactive and inclusive leadership.”

Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, Professor Samuel Antwi, urged the new student leaders to serve with integrity, dedication, and service.

The ceremony was attended by both outgoing and incoming executives, as well as members of the faculty, administrators, and students.
