The Centre for Practical and Multidisciplinary Legal Education and Training (CPMLET) of the University of Professional Studies, Accra is organising a two-day Workshop on the Law for Causing Financial Loss to the State.
The workshop aims at training participants on the statutory ingredients of the offence of causing financial loss to the state, the judicial interpretation and the application of the law and the relevance of the law to the protection of the public purse.
