Call for Applications: Erasmus+ Exchange Programme for prospective Level 300 Students

The Centre for International Education and Collaboration is delighted to invite motivated students who will be in Level 300 in the 2025/2026 Academic Year to apply for the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Czech Republic.

This prestigious programme offers a unique academic and cultural experience in a global learning environment, fully funded under the Erasmus+ framework of the European Union.

KEY PROGRAMME DETAILS
Host Institution: Tomas Bata University (TBU) in Zlín, Czech Republic

Programme Duration: One (1) Semester (Spring Semester (February), 2026)

Eligibility: Open to all Level 300 students in good academic standing and offering either Bachelor of Business administration, BSc Accounting, BSc Accounting and Finance, BSc Banking and Finance, or BSc Marketing  programmes.

✅ Financial Support: Erasmus+ covers:
• Full tuition waiver at TBU
• Monthly living allowance
• Travel grant (lump sum for flights)

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Completed online application form: Download Application Form
(Sign in to Google using your UPSAMail address to fill out the form).
2. Letter of motivation (max. 500 words).
3. Two (2) academic recommendation letters from Lead Lecturers in your Department
4. Updated CV.
5. Copy of a valid passport (expiry beyond January 2027).
6. Submission deadline is 7th September, 2025.
