NOTICE
CHANGE IN STARTING TIME OF END-OF-SEMESTER EXAMINATIONS FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS
All Second Year Postgraduate students of the School of Graduate Studies are to take special note of the new starting time of the End-of First Semester-2023/2024 Academic Year In-Person Examinations as clearly indicated on the timetable.
The end-of-first semester examinations will be held from Friday, 8th December to Friday, 22nd December, 2023 and the starting times of the various examinations are as follows:

| Sundays | Afternoon | 12.30 pm |
Any student who reports 30 minutes after the starting time of the paper will not be admitted into the examination hall.
The policy of “No Student ID Card No Examination” will also be strictly enforced.
All students are strongly advised to comply with all rules and regulations governing the University examinations as stipulated in Section 5.14 of the School of Graduate Students’ Handbook, 2020. A copy of the student handbook can be found on the University’s website.
