ARRANGEMENT FOR RE-OPENING
FIRST SEMESTER-2024/2025 ACADEMIC YEAR
POSTGRADUATE, UNDERGRADUATE AND DIPLOMA STUDENTS
This comes to inform all postgraduate, undergraduate (Levels 200-400) and diploma second-year students that the University will re-open for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year as follows:
1. Course Registration
Students must pay the appropriate fees at any Access Bank branch and disburse on ufis accordingly. After that, students must log onto their USIS Student Portal for their course and resit registration. Note the following timelines for the registration.

| Postgraduate (Masters & PhD) and Undergraduate (Levels 300 and 400) continuing students | Monday, 26th August – Saturday, 31st August, 2024 |
| Undergraduate (Level 200), Diploma Second Year and Postgraduate (PhD & Masters) First Year students | Monday, 30th September- Saturday, 5th October, 2024 |

2. Teaching
Teaching activities for the first semester-2024/2025 academic year will be held as follows:

| Postgraduate (Masters & PhD) and Undergraduate (Levels 300 and 400) continuing students | Monday, 2nd September, 2024-Sunday, 24th November, 2024 (12 Weeks) |
| Undergraduate (Level 200), Diploma Second Year and Postgraduate (PhD & Masters) First Year students | Monday, 7th October, 2024-Sunday, 22nd December, 2024 (11 Weeks) |
3. Revision and Examination
There will be a revision week and examination as follows:

| Postgraduate (Masters & PhD) and Undergraduate (Levels 300 and 400) continuing students | Monday, 25th November – Sunday, 1st December, 2024 | Monday, 2nd December, 2024 – Sunday, 15th December, 2024 |
| Undergraduate (Level 200), Diploma
Second Year and Postgraduate (PhD & Masters) First Year students |
Friday, 27th December – Thursday, 9th January, 2025 | Friday, 10th January, 2025 -Sunday, 26th January, 2025 |
