About the Journal
The UPSA Africa International & Comparative Law Journal, established in 2021, is a platform for the publication of rigorous and cutting-edge legal scholarship that evaluates current and emerging issues in the law. It is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the promotion of academic work and the dissemination of knowledge in the field of law at the highest level of research and doctrinal analyses. As a periodical, the Journal is focused on maintaining the highest editorial standards and will accept only publications that make important contributions to scholarship and legal developments both internationally and within Ghana.
Published annually, the journal invites authors to submit articles that make significant or substantial contributions to legal scholarship in general, for publication in its fifth volume in 2025. Articles submitted must be the product of original research or analyses and are submitted on the condition that they have not been submitted elsewhere.
Aim and Scope
The Journal, the mouth piece of the scholarship and professional community, seeks to promote and disseminate knowledge which addresses issues of business in developing economies.
Article types
Manuscript submitted to JBPS can be one of the following: empirical, conceptual, review, research note, and commentary.
