REQUEST FOR ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

2. Disburse in INTERPAY to English proficiency.
3. Print out disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
4. Send disbursement statement and a letter for English proficiency to this e-mail: [email protected]
5. You will receive notification email when it is ready.

REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT

1. Pay 30 Ghana cedis at ACCESS BANK / INTERPAY MoMo for a complete set. (Any extra copy is 25 Ghana cedis).
2. Disburse in INTERPAY to transcript.
3. Print out disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
4. Send disbursement statement to this e-mail: [email protected]
5. You will receive notification email when it is ready.
6. Waiting Period: three working days.

REQUEST FOR DEFERMENT

REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE

1. Send request to [email protected] or [email protected] with the following:
2. Proof of payment of graduation fee from INTERPAY.
3. Ensure that you have obtained all your entry certificates -i.e.-May/June WASSCE certificate and/or WASSCE NOV/DEC certificate etc.
4. For students with Professional Qualifications-they must obtain a verification of transcript letter from the Professional Bodies
5. You will receive notification email on the day to pick-up certificate.

NB: Please note that we do not post certificates.

REPLACEMENT OF STUDENTS’ ID CARD

1. Pay 40 Ghana cedis at ACCESS BANK./ INTERPAY MoMo
2. Disburse in INTERPAY to ID Card Replacement.
3.Print out disbursement statement from INTERPAY.

5.You will receive notification email when it is ready
6. Waiting Period: two working days.
