REQUEST FOR LETTER OF ATTESTATION

  1. Pay GH₵10 at ACCESS BANK or Pay on INTERPAY MoMo
  2. Disburse in INTERPAY to attestation
  3. Print out the disbursement statement from INTERPAY
  4. Send the disbursement statement with a letter for attestation to this e-mail: [email protected]
  5. You will receive a notification email when it is ready
  6. Waiting Period: five working days

REQUEST FOR INTRODUCTORY LETTER

  1. Pay GH₵20 at ACCESS BANK/ INTERPAY MoMo.
  2. Disburse in INTERPAY to the introductory letter.
  3. Print out the disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
  4. Send the disbursement statement with a letter for introductory letter to this e-mail: [email protected]
  5. You will receive a notification email when it is ready.
  6. Waiting Period: five working days.

REQUEST FOR ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

  1. Pay GH₵20 at Access Bank or Pay on INTERPAY MoMo
  2. Disburse in INTERPAY to English proficiency.
  3. Print out the disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
  4. Send the disbursement statement and a letter for English proficiency to this e-mail: [email protected]
  5. You will receive a notification email when it is ready.
  6. Waiting Period: five working days

REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT

  1. Pay GH₵30 at ACCESS BANK / INTERPAY MoMo for a complete set. (any extra copy is GH₵25).
  2. Disburse in INTERPAY to transcript.
  3. Generate the disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
  4. Send the disbursement statement to this e-mail: [email protected]
  5. You will receive a notification email when it is ready.
  6. Waiting Period: five (5) working days.

 Note:
1. Your request will not be processed if you fail to attach a disbursement statement for the transcript from INTERPAY.
2. Requesting a scanned copy of your transcript to be sent to an institution requires that you provide the correct email address of that institution and the subject of your email should clearly state that “scanned copy of transcript required”.
3. An authority note is required from you in case you cannot pick up the transcript yourself.
4. Always check your spam in case there is a delay in receiving a response to your request.
5. Send a complaint to this email address in case you do not get a response to your request within five working days: [email protected]

 

REQUEST FOR DEFERMENT

  1. Log into your student portal with your index number and password.
  2. Click on my portal.
  3. Click on defer programme.
  4. Complete the form and submit it.

Note:

  1. Once deferment is approved, a letter will be sent to your upsamail confirming your deferment and resumption date.
  2. Waiting Period: five working days
  3. Send a complaint to this email address in case you do not get a response to your request within five working days: [email protected]

 

RESUMPTION OF ACADEMIC WORK

  1. Log into your student portal with your index number and password.
  2. Click on my portal.
  3. Click on resume programme.
  4. Complete form and submit.

Note:

  1. Once resumption is approved, a confirmation letter is sent to your upsamail. Please follow the instructions in the letter.
  2. Waiting Period: five working days
  3. Send a complaint to this email address in case you do not get a response to your request within five working days: [email protected]

 

REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE
Send request to [email protected] or [email protected] with the following:

  1. Proof of payment of graduation fee from INTERPAY.
  2. Ensure that you have verified your entry qualification by obtaining all your entry certificates e.g. WASSCE certificate etc
  3. Students with professional qualifications must obtain a verification of transcript letter from the professional bodies e.g. ACCA, ICAG etc
  4. You will receive a notification email on the day to pick up the certificate.
  5. Waiting Period: five working days

Note:

  1. The University does not send certificates through the post certificates.

REPLACEMENT OF STUDENT’S ID CARD

  1. Pay GH₵50 at ACCESS BANK/ INTERPAY MoMo
  2. Disburse in INTERPAY to ID card Replacement.
  3. Generate disbursement statement from INTERPAY.
  4. Send disbursement statement to this e-mail: [email protected]
  5. You will receive notification email when it is ready
  6. Waiting Period: two working days.
