UPSA to Host Continuous Professional Development Training for GAUA Members
The University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) will host a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Training for members of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA) as part of the University’s commitment to promoting excellence, continuous learning, and institutional development.
The training is designed to enhance participants’ expertise, strengthen their leadership effectiveness, and equip them with practical tools and strategies to deliver greater value in their respective roles.
Participants will engage in sessions focused on strategic growth, leadership impact, innovation and adaptability, and service excellence—key competencies required to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving higher education environment.
