All Undergraduate Levels 200-400 and Postgraduate First & Second Year Students are to take note of the following important information for the End-of-Second Semester-2025/2026 academic year Examinations:
- The End-of-Second Semester Examinations will start from Monday, 1st June to Sunday, 28th June, 2026. Consequently, all students must visit the University’s website for the final examination timetable published today, 25th May, 2026.
- All examinations will be held in person (face-to-face). Please note that Undergraduate Weekend and Evening Sessions students will sit their examinations together, while Regular Session students will have separate sittings.
- Furthermore, the Undergraduate (Level 200) Regular Session students sitting four core papers have been divided into two batches. Batch 1 will consist of students with ODD ID Numbers (e.g. 10271483), while Batch 2 will include students with EVEN ID Numbers (e.g. 10319566). Both batches will sit the same papers, but at separate times. No cross-batching will be allowed. Refer to the examination timetable for details.
- All students are required to be seated 30 minutes before the start of each paper. No lateness to the examination hall will be entertained.
- The first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year course registration deadline with penalty has been extended to Friday, 29th May, 2026 after which the registration portal will close. No course registration will be accepted after this date. Students are advised to resolve all outstanding course registration issues before the deadline expires.
- The University policy of “No Student ID Card, No Examination” will be strictly enforced. Accordingly, any student without a student ID card should immediately visit the Data Centre (AB.9) to obtain one.
- All students must comply with all rules and regulations governing the University examinations, which will be circulated on the University website and all students’ social media platforms.
We take this opportunity to wish all students every success in their examinations.
Signed
