Students from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) are currently undertaking a semester-long academic exchange at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Czech Republic, under the Erasmus+ Student Mobility Programme.
The exchange period runs from 1 February to 30 June 2026, during which the students will complete their entire second semester at the host institution while engaging in academic and intercultural learning activities.
The participating students are Hillary Naa Borkai (Bachelor of Business Administration), Gakpo Diana Mawufemor Afua (BSc Accounting and Finance), Gyeke-Darko Nana Ayisi (BSc Accounting), Aidoo Brenda Baaba Asankuma (Bachelor of Business Administration), Boateng Elizabeth Marilyn (BSc Accounting), and Boadi Blessed Sarfo Kwasi (Bachelor of Business Administration).

The cohort comprises three students from the Faculty of Management and three from the Faculty of Accounting and Finance, all of whom are currently in their third year of study at UPSA.
Through the Erasmus+ Student Mobility Programme, students are afforded the opportunity to study abroad, broaden their academic perspectives, and develop intercultural competencies that enhance their global outlook and employability.
UPSA continues to expand its international partnerships to provide students with global learning opportunities while strengthening the University’s internationalisation agenda.
The participation of these students in the Erasmus+ mobility programme reflects the institution’s commitment to nurturing globally competitive graduates equipped to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
