NOTICE
COLLECTION OF CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES OF BACHELOR OF LAWS DEGREE (LLB) CERTIFICATES AND TRANSCRIPTS-2025 GRADUATING CLASS
All the 2024/2025 Academic Year Final Year LLB Students whose names have been duly published for the subsequent award of Bachelor of Laws degrees are informed as follows:
1. Certified true copies of their LLB degree certificates for one-time use and transcripts of academic records are available for collection from Amartey Towers, Ground Floor Room ATB 001, from Tuesday,19th August, 2025 at 9.00 am.
2. Graduating students must pay and disburse on UFIS a non-refundable graduation fee of GH₵500.00 and GH₵40.00 for an official transcript and certified true copy of certificate, and present the proof of disbursement before collecting the said documents.
3. The certified true copies of the LLB degree certificates are intended solely for applications to the entrance examination of the Ghana School of Law’s Professional Course. As such, graduating students are not permitted to use these certified true copies for any other purpose before graduation day. Any attempt to do so will result in the withdrawal of the certificate.
4. The original LLB certificates will be issued to the graduating students after the First Session of the 17th Congregation Ceremonies scheduled for Thursday, 25th September, 2025.
