IWES organises executive training programme for AngloGold Ashanti staff in Guinea

The Institute of Work, Employment and Society (IWES) at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) has successfully organised a customised executive training programme for selected employees of AngloGold Ashanti Siguiri (SAG) Mines in Guinea.

The 10-day training programme formed part of UPSA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen university-industry partnerships through practical, industry-focused capacity building across Africa.

Designed to address the specific development needs of SAG staff, the programme focused on leadership, innovation, team dynamics, and inclusive workplace practices.
