REQUEST FOR ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
1. Pay GH₵25 at Access Bank or on the UFIS platform
2. Disburse in UFIS to English proficiency.
3. Print out disbursement statement from UFIS

5. You will receive notification email when it is ready.
REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT
1. Pay GH₵30 at ACCESS BANK or on the UFIS platform for a complete set. (Any extra copy is GH₵30).
2. Disburse in UFIS to transcript.
3. Print out disbursement statement from UFIS.

REQUEST FOR DEFERMENT
1. Log into your USIS student portal with your index number and password.
2. Click on My Portal.
3. Click on Defer Programme.
4. Complete the form and submit.
Note: Once deferment is approved, a letter will be sent to your UPSA email for download.

REQUEST FOR RESUMPTION
1. Log into your USIS student portal with your index number and password.
2. Click on My Portal.
3. Click on Resume Programme.
4. Complete the form and submit.
Note: Once resumption is approved, a confirmation letter will be sent to your UPSA email for download. Submit a copy to the Finance Directorate for account activation.

REQUEST FOR CERTIFICATE
1. Send request to [email protected] or [email protected] with the following:
2. Proof of payment of graduation fee from the UFIS platform.
3. Ensure that you have obtained all your entry certificates -i.e.-May/June WASSCE certificate and/or WASSCE NOV/DEC certificate etc.
4. For students with Professional Qualifications-they must obtain a verification of transcript letter from the Professional Bodies
5. You will receive notification email on the day to pick-up certificate.
NB: Please note that we do not post certificates.
REQUEST FOR CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF CERTIFICATE
1. Pay GH₵20 at any branch of Access Bank or via the UFIS platform.
2. Disburse in UFIS to Certified True Copy of certificate.
3. Print out the disbursement statement from UFIS
4. Send the disbursement statement with two (2) photocopies of certificate (black and white) to Room 65, Seidu Mustapha Wing of the Central Administration Block
5. Waiting period: three (3) working days
REPLACEMENT OF STUDENTS’ ID CARD
1. Pay GH₵50 at ACCESS BANK or on the UFIS platform
2. Disburse in UFIS to ID Card Replacement.
3.Print out disbursement statement from INTERPAY.

6. Waiting Period: two (2) working days.
WES EVALUATION
1. Pay GH₵50 for normal service or GH₵70.00 for express service at any branch of Access Bank.
2. Disburse in UFIS to WES Evaluation.
3. Generate the disbursement statement from UFIS.
4. Send the following documents to the email address: [email protected]
• UFIS WES evaluation disbursement statement.
• Completed and signed WES Academic Records Request Form.
• Scanned copy of recent transcript of academic records.
You may download the WES Academic Records Request Form.
5. You will receive a notification email when your evaluation has been sent to WES.
6. Waiting Period: Six (6) working days and four (4) working days for express service.
VERIFICATION OF ACADEMIC RECORDS
The Academic Affairs Directorate handles the verification of academic records requests from institutions regarding both former and current students of the University.
1. How to make the Verification Request:
Send the following documents to the email address: [email protected] or Room 65, Academic Affairs Directorate, Seidu Mustapha Wing, Central Administration, UPSA.
• An official request letter
• A copy of the certificate/transcript
2. Mode of Issuance of Verification:
• Through the email address provided by the institution making the request.
• In-person pickup from Room 65, Academic Affairs Directorate, Seidu Mustapha Wing, Central Administration, UPSA.
3. Waiting Period:
A minimum of 5 working days, depending on the volume of the request.
