The African Bar Association in collaboration with the Ghana Bar Association and the UPSA Law School humbly invites you to an international lecture on the topic, ‘Dispute settlement under the AfCFTA and the new African legal market’.
The proposed lecture will reflect on the nature of the dispute settlement process under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and examine some normative questions implicated by the mechanism. It will conclude by reflecting on key ways of optimizing its operation.
The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Kofi Abotsi, Dean of the UPSA Law School and Managing Partner of Axis Legal.
The event will be chaired by Mr. Yaw Boafo, President of the Ghana Bar Association.
