2024 Matriculation Ceremony for Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students

REMINDER NOTICE

2024 MATRICULATION CEREMONY FOR UNDERGRADUATE, DIPLOMA & POSTGRADUATE (JANUARY INTAKE) STUDENTS

This comes to inform all Undergraduate, Diploma, and Postgraduate (January Intake) fresh students that the Matriculation Ceremony to admit them into the University formally will be held as follows:

Date: Thursday, 29th February, 2024
Venue: Kofi Ohene Konadu Auditorium
Time: 10.00 a.m.

There will also be a compulsory Matriculation Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, 3rd March, 2024 at 9.00 a.m. at the same venue.

It is mandatory for every student enrolled in UPSA for the first time to go through the rites of matriculation and sign the Matriculation Oath. Any Undergraduate, Diploma, and Postgraduate (January Intake) fresh student who fails to avail himself/herself of the matriculation process will not be recognized as a student of the University.

Fresh students are expected to affirm the matriculation oath online. Students should follow the link on their USIS students’ portal to do this. Students must print out a proof of affirmation of matriculation oath slip and append their signature to it for submission to their respective Deans of Faculty after the matriculation ceremony.

Fresh students will also take the Matriculation Oath during the ceremony.

The prescribed attire for the ceremony is formal dress i.e. suit/jacket with preferably UPSA neck tie or UPSA scarf in the case of ladies.

Note that no well-wishers including parents are invited to this ceremony.
