New Course and Resit Registration Procedure for Students

NOTICE

NEW COURSE AND RESIT REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR STUDENTS

This is to inform all students especially undergraduate (Level 100) and diploma (First Year) students that the University has deployed a new student payment platform. Accordingly, starting Monday, 24th June, 2024, the steps below must be followed to do course and resit registration for the rest of the second semester and subsequent semesters.

The new course and resit registration procedure involves four main steps:

Step 1: Payment and Disbursement on new UPSA Fees Information System (ufis)
Log into ufis (https://student.upsa-ufis.com) to disburse the appropriate fees paid at any Access Bank branch. Use your student index number as username and date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD) as the default password.

Step 2: Online Course Registration
Proceed with the online course registration. Access the online course registration portal by logging into the student portal. Print out two (2) copies of the proof of registration slip upon completing the online registration.

Step 3: Online Resit Registration (optional)
You may also pay and disburse for your resit registration if you have any second semester paper(s) you wish to resit and proceed with the resit registration alongside the course registration.
Please skip this step if you do not have any paper to resit.

Step 4: Submission of Proof of Registration
Submit the proof of registration slips to your Department Officer for endorsement after which one (1) copy of the slip will be given back to you.

Note that students who pay before Monday, 24th June, 2024 must follow the manual registration procedure by visiting the Data Centre (AB.9) to register for their courses.

All first-year students who fail to do their course registration before the deadline will be prevented from writing their second semester – 2023/2024 academic year examination.
