Kweku Attakora Dwomoh is a lecturer at the UPSA Law School where he teaches International trade and Investment law, Equity & Succession and Legal Aspects of Business. He graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon with an LL.B. and proceeded to the Ghana School of Law for his Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL).

Kweku represented the institutions he attended at Moot competitions locally and internationally. He is the proud winner of the 53rd Law School Moot Competition where he was further crowned as the overall best orator for that graduating class. After being called to the Ghanaian Bar, Kweku proceeded to the Universiteit Van Pretoria where he obtained a Master’s Degree (LLM) in International trade and Investment law.

Kweku is also a private legal practitioner and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. He has represented several clients in diverse matters including commercial oil transactions and litigation, corporate litigation, corporate structuring and negotiations, and debt recovery.

Kweku maintains an unflinching interest and experience in Trade Facilitation across the world, the African Continental Free Trade Area and Regional Integration. His desire is to support the African Union in its agenda 2063 in providing Africans with the Africa they want through trade.

Kweku is also a prolific writer and researcher and is a co-author of the novel and first of its kind book on Sale of Goods in Africa which is currently being published by LexisNexis. He has several publications to his credit spanning across several disciplines and areas and is a columnist with a number of newspapers.

Kweku also worked with the Center for Juvenile Justice where he was at the fore front in a child law school programme organised by the Center in association with Girl-Guide to educate children on their rights.
