Ms. Bettina Kwarteng is an Assistant Lecturer at the UPSA Law School. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (BA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), and a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from the Faculty of Law, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). She also holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) in International Legal Studies from the American University – Washington College of Law in the United States of America. Bettina was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2019 and in addition to her experience at the Bar, she has clerked for Supreme Court Justices. She teaches the Law of Immovable Property and Company Law and maintains a strong research interest in Property Law.
